These guys are great! I came to them with a really small job expecting them to not be interested in helping me, but
happily I was wrong and they gave me just what I needed. They were so friendly and professional I would
recommend them to anyone. I needed a replacement glass pane for a gas light that had shattered during a storm.
They told me to stop on in and had my new pane cut within ten minutes – and are all really nice guys on top of it.

The installer, Justin, did an outstanding job! He was meticulous with the handling of all materials and very
professional. He patiently answered all my questions, even offering to return if my husband and I preferred an
alternative option to the way the door swung out. That made all the difference in the world because I did not want
to be stuck with a door that leaked. Great service, great product, and we couldn’t be happier.   DELAWARE, OH

After checking out many service providers on Angie’s List, it sounded as though Precision Glass and Shower could
handle all three things that we wanted. We have a custom glass shower door which was not shutting properly, and
needed to be fixed.
We also had an old window, in a detached garage, that needed replacing. Finally, we had a door on a screened
porch which needed to be either repaired, or more likely, replaced. I explained all of this to the person on the
phone and set up an appointment.
Vincent and his employee came as scheduled, seemed very professional and amiable, looked at everything,
explained what was needed, and promised to get an estimate to me “by the end of the day, or possibly that
evening”. I gave them my e-mail address. About 24 hours after their visit, when I had heard nothing, I sent a short,
polite e-mail asking when I would be hearing from them. I also gave them my e-mail address, again, just in case
he had written it down incorrectly. Apparently, e-mails got lost in cyber-land; I don’t really know. More time went
by, and I initially wrote a pretty negative review… and the OWNER of the company contacted me IMMEDIATELY
to apologize – and offered to “make it right”.
Well, long story short, I’d already gotten someone else to fix the shower door. But, Precision offered to install the
window and door at a VERY good price. The work was completed this week. It was a little bit of a challenge,
because this is an old house and the window and door frames are not square (and, of course, the window and
door ARE square), but the installer persevered and did a good job.

Nice guys. They were running an hour late but called in plenty of time to let me know. Showed up exactly when
they said. Very pleasant and professional. Removed old doors quickly, neatly and had new doors in before I knew
it. Left me with instructions on how to apply special glass conditioner. Cleaned up their things. The handles for the
new doors were not included and had to be reordered. They put the old handles on so I would not be
inconvenienced until the new ones could be installed. The balance for the job was not collected and they said they
would collect it when the new handles came in and were installed. Perfect! About a week later, I was called by
Justin that he had my new handles. He came by, put them on, gave me a paid receipt and left with a smile.
I would like to add that I have been wanting to replace these old shower doors for years. I tried calling a couple of
places, but that didn’t work. I joined Angie’s List to find a place to do this job and found Precision Glass. Although I
had two other companies out to give me a quote, Precision impressed me the most, had the best price, and the
nicest people. I am so pleased with my completed job!
I would also like to thank Precision and hope that they recognize the guys for the great job they do. I believe the
fella’s name was Justin that did my job, with another worker along; but Justin was the one who came back and
finished it up. Good representation for Precision. Thanks!

They’re fantastic. Their quote was accurate. Their timing was predictable and as scheduled. Basically, they said
this is what work they’d do, this is what they’d charge, and they delivered. I think, initially, the price was high and
then we were able to negotiate to what we considered reasonable and fair. I was happy with the price at the end
but I had to negotiate. They were willing to at least negotiate. The quality is very good.   Dublin, OH
