said they were going to come. They took all the measurements. They told me it would 2-3 weeks to get all the
custom glass made and it was right on schedule. There were no delays. They called and came out. They told me
it would take 3 hours to install the glass. They were there just a little under 3 hours. They were very neat and it is
beautiful. I priced several others and they were right in the ballpark plus I got the discount. The quality was

Excellent experience! Called to schedule a free measurement and quote and was promptly scheduled. Asked if I
could visit their showroom in advance of the appointment to see their selection and start narrowing down my
choices and they were very accommodating. At the showroom one of the guys (I can’t recall his name) explained
in detail the difference between different types of doors and hinge systems, the pros and cons of each, asked me
some questions about my shower configuration to help me figure out what options would work best for me and
showed me all the different types of pulls (handles) available and all the different types of glass. LOTS to choose
from, but after learning about all the options in such great detail, I left there with a good idea of what I wanted.
When Jeff came out to measure the following work day, he was very polite, professional and helpful. Even when
his laptop decided to crash in the middle of trying to get me a quote, he maintained his cool and his professional
decorum — even apologizing for the inconvenience (although he was the one being inconvenienced by the
computer malfunction). He called me back later that same day with most of the quotes (one of the glass styles I
asked him to quote he needed to get a separate price for) and they were in the ballpark, but a touch higher than
some others I’d gotten. I’d found a coupon on Angie’s List for 10% off and asked him if I could apply that to the
quotes. He said he would be happy to honor that. I also asked about switching out a towel bar for a knob pull or
D-pull and he said there would be no extra charge for that. (Other places I got quotes from added upcharges when
I requested similar changes.) When I asked about installation timing and explained that I really needed to have the
shower door up and ready to use by Memorial Day weekend since we would have a house full of guests, he at
first was worried the glass wouldn’t come in time, but after doing some double-checking, he was able to get my
order in that day and expediate the installation — doing it nearly a week ahead of what was routine for his
company. I was SOOO grateful he was willing to work with me on this! He really made my day! The installation
went smoothy, the guys were very quick and efficient.   Dublin, OH

Overall the experience was good. The design was a bit different than a typical one so it required precise
measurements and cutting. Unfortunately the first panel that arrived was not cut correctly so it had to be reordered.
When they came out again to install the new one the hardware was different colors. The third time everything was
wrapped up and looked absolutely stunning…couldn’t be more happier with the outcome. The downside is it took a
lonnnng time from the measurement day to completion, but bottom line it was worth the wait and would definitely
