The customer service here is excellent. We ordered a frameless shower door. I believe that this was the first time
they’d installed this model. The initial door didn’t fit correctly. They returned with a fresh door from the factory
along with a ceramic pencil to replace the one in our bath that had been cut too wide. They returned a third time
to move the water guard to ensure no water dripped down the tub side.This was the first time this model of door
was installed, so there were issues. However, they made good on all the work and exceeded our expectations.

The estimator was great, prompt and offered design solutions. The installer was later than expected, but they had
truck problems and were VERY prompt to let me know they would be later — calling me along the way to let me
know if that changed (which I appreciated). The installation was quick, seamless and the end product was great.
They cleaned everything and I LOVE my shower door. I’ve already gotten a lot of compliments. Would definitely
use them again and have already recommended them to some of my friends.   Pickerington, OH

They arrived at approximately the right time (10 minutes late). Two men introduced themselves and I directed
them to the master bath shower. They looked at it and told me their base charge was $127.00 dollars. I asked,
“Just to replace a showere door sweep?’ He said, “Yes, but he could call and see if they could reduce the amount
since that was all I needed.” I told him to do that because I was not paying $127.00 for a door sweep that cost
$25.00 at the most. I also told him that I was not told of this amount when I called to make the appointment and I
was very clear when I called that all I needed was a new door sweep and maybe an adjustment (which btw was
