Great, professional service. I would recommend these folks every time. The next time I need glass replacement

Overall the experience was good. The design was a bit different than a typical one so it required precise
measurements and cutting. Unfortunately the first panel that arrived was not cut correctly so it had to be reordered.
When they came out again to install the new one the hardware was different colors. The third time everything was
wrapped up and looked absolutely stunning…couldn’t be more happier with the outcome. The downside is it took a
lonnnng time from the measurement day to completion, but bottom line it was worth the wait and would definitely

Techinicans were exactly on time. Very polite and professional. They had to work around our extensive
landscaping and did so with great care. An excellent experience. Would highly recommend for price, quality and

They came the day after my call to measure and do an estimate. I was pleasantly surprised when the quote was
1/3 less than a quote I had received the day before from the company our construction crew recommended. They
came when they said they would and worked very efficiently on the install. My only gripe would be that they would
not schedule the install until the glass was in stock, forcing me to wait an additional week to use our main
bathroom. Overall quality of materials and workmanship seems great! I would recommend to others.   BLACKLICK, OH

Precision Glass did a great job fixing our gas filled window. They had to order the special window and got it

Precision Glass and Shower cut two pieces of glass for my daughter’s bedroom. They had to create a template
and cut the pieces by hand. They did a wonderful job and the pieces of glass look great. Earlier this year, they
also cut a couple pieces of glass for tables in my family room. They also looked great. Would highly recommend

They had to come back for a second estimate, since I delayed responding to the first estimate. They honored the
dollar figure I had recorded from the first estimate. The job was done well. The caukled seams look good. There
are no flaws with the installation. This is a quality door, in oil rubbed bronze, and looks nice in the bathroom. I
