Dana, the technician, was very curteous and answered all of my questions. Dana worked on the spot to remove
the box window frame, take out the old damaged glass with broken seal and replace it with a new piece of glass
with a better seal than before. He carefully put the glass and frame back together and put it in the window. Dana
