This group is exemplary. They were diligent from scheduling for quote to pricing and finally installation. I had an
usual situation with a prior door that left holes in my marble enclosure and was concerned about asthetics if I
decided to replace the master enclosure. This company went beyond the ‘call of duty’ and figured out a solution for
me that was brilliant! I won’t go into the details….. but, they really did ‘earn my business’. Kudos to a group that
really puts the customer first. The product was of excellent quality and their eye for detail shines. (i.e. my
daughters shower header had a small knick in shipping), they noticed it, pointed it out and told me they it would be
replaced with a non damaged piece. This meant a second trip for them, but ultimately the job was done right.
