We had called two days ago for a family room window glass issue along with a shower door problem- it would not
slide. Vinnie came today and looked at the window. He said it was something that should be covered by the
window manufacturer and recommended we call them first. He then went to the bathroom and noted there was a
problem with the rolling mechanism. He spent about 20 minutes working on the door and it was fixed. Also, he
used glass cleaner on the doors and left them spotless!
As he was preparing to leave, I asked him about the charge. He said I owed him nothing as his estimates are free.
I pointed out he had also worked on the door. He said no problem, just remember me if you need that window
