Upon calling to request an estimate, Jeff (co-owner) came out to visit and take measurements promptly. He was
the only representative of the 3 companies we compared that was punctual with his visit. He provided excellent
design input and had a solution that matched exactly what we were looking for. Most of all, though, he was able to
expediate and complete the job just prior to the holidays, when others were not (in which case we would have
been with a remodeled bathroom in which we couldn’t shower for 3 weeks over Christmas with visitors in town).
Pricing was competitive though not necessarily cheaper than other options, but we appreciated him alerting us to a
discount for Angie’s List members. The finished product has been excellent so far with no issues, though we’ve
only been using the shower for ~2 weeks.
